This is the very best assisted living home you will find anywhere in our area. They are so very understanding, Beautiful place to live, excellent food, they take such good care of the residents. I am more than thankful for Ms Sara Barkley that helped me and my family SO VERY MUCH. She is an amazing woman with so much compassion. They should be very grateful that they have such a wonderful, caring person like her. I would NEVER consider another assisted living home now that I know how wonderful Ms. Sara and Southwind are. Great place to live. My sister and I lived there and very much enjoyed the beautiful decorations in the building as well as the landscaping. Food is delicious and nutritious. Staff are very caring, professional and do a great job running the facility in all areas. The facility is clean, maintenance is prompt. Residents are a pleasure to be around. Would recommend to anyone.

One of the most difficult things I’ve done in my life to this point was to move my father into South Wind Heights in Jonesboro, Arkansas. It was also one of the best things I could have done for my father. He is a veteran, along with many others in this facility. South Wind values their service and make sure they know how much they are appreciated. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My father always brags on the housekeeping, the chef and waitresses, and the management. It is such a huge relief, knowing that my father is happy and cared for. He has made several friends. Living in South Wind Heights has added years to my father’s life, I think. Especially since he is allowed to have his pet bird!! I have recommended this facility to my friends family members as well.

I have been living here at South Ridge Heights since November last year. My room here is small, but very nice. I have everything I need here. The People here are good to our residents, including me. The food is Good here. You can bring anything you want to from your home here to make your appt feel like home. We can even have Dogs here. I have enjoyed making friends here and participating in many games, crafts and other activities they have for us here. They have nurses here to help those that need help. If you or a family member are disabled and need somewhere to live safe, come check. I did, and I very much like it here. We also have a van and a van driver who will drive you to Dr appts Walmart, or wherever you want to go.

Mom and Dad moved into Southwind Heights around 7 years ago. They have not ever regretted going. My dad has since passed away and my mother was given love and support by the staff. She has her own flower garden and is happy.
