The move went smoothly and my dad is quite happy there. They have many activities to keep him busy, and the staff is amazing. I visit several times a week and just love their friendly attitude. A very stressful crossroad in life ended up being the biggest blessing! Shara was a great communicator and kept us in the loop of apartments opening up. Chad seems to be doing an amazing job managing this place, and he really won our mom over by adding garden boxes this week. 🙂 Everyone has been so welcoming and accommodating…both staff and other residents. We love that she truly has her independence, but is in a safe environment without utilities to worry about and all she has to do is ride the elevator downstairs to eat. We had dinner with her the first night and after all the stress and work of moving we were able to relax and know this was the right call. I’m so glad we landed here. Take the tour. Make the move.

This is a first class senior living facility where the staff treats you like royalty. Shara went above and beyond the call to assist us with the move in process and continues to exceed our expectations. Joe, the manager, and the entire Windlands South team worked tirelessly to meet our needs. Hats off to Shara and her teammates!

Fantastic place and an incredible staff. I don't know where to start but my friend found went from some pretty bad times to independent in one day thanks to Shara and the staff the set up was very easy and fast and I handled it from nearly 3000 miles away. The whole time he was transferring from a shared community to Windlands South with no furniture the staff gathered up things he may need to live comfortably. Bed, sofa, tv, blankets ect.They greeted him and made him feel at home for the first time in months. Not only that but the residents there helped him with incidentals. They have a job to do there but what they did for my friend way over and above. Not sure if it's a tennessee thing or just a Windland South but they changed a life that day. The place is clean the food is great and the residents are great.

My mom just moved into Windlands South and everyone has been so helpful and caring. Shara, in particular, has gone above and beyond. My mom wasn’t too keen on the idea of moving, but we walked into Shara’s office and she instantly put her at ease. There was never any pressure, just genuine connection and kindness. Shara has been such a resource in helping us navigate the move and all the changes that come with it. Big thanks, Shara!!

I’m also so impressed with the rest of the staff. Maria and Iris have been amazing, answering questions so patiently and being so helpful. The culinary and wait staff are wonderful and take such pride in the meals they serve. The vegetables were fresh and perfectly cooked, and honestly I would eat in the cafeteria daily.

They have so many thoughtful resources in place to make the transition into retirement community living easier. I feel so much better knowing my mom is happy in her new home and in a safe environment. It has given everyone such peace of mind.

Shara was great at getting my brother into the facility in less than 24 hours. Since he was being discharged from rehab that day. She was so helpful friendly and knowledgeable.

I am very impressed with the renovations i hope they continue to make all of the units to look like the model. Ms. Jackson was pleasant, informative and kind. We are not ready to make a decision at this time, we will definitely consider Windlands South when the time comes.

Wow! I just moved my mom into Windlands South and I’m very impressed with the warmth and kindness we have experienced.

Shara, Director of First Impressions and New Residents Ambassador, is a rockstar!

She patiently answered all of my mom’s questions, helped her acclimate to her new surroundings, and made her move-in experience extra special with a beautifully written welcome note and blanket.

Christal, Beauty Enhancer and Hair Stylist Extraordinaire, gave my mom the perfect haircut in her salon.

It’s been awhile since my mom has smiled this much about where she lives.

Thank you Windlands South staff for taking wonderful care of my mom and treating her like family.

I recently toured this retirement community and was impressed by its welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained facilities! The staff were friendly, and the activities offered seemed engaging and diverse. Overall, it left a very positive impression for a potential living place for my grandmother! Sonya was also a great tour guide and made us feel at home!
