Jonathan Barbieri is the Chief Operating Officer of Inspirit Senior Living, providing executive leadership across operations, revenue growth, development, programs, and services for Inspirit’s expanding multi-state portfolio. With a foundation as an ICU nurse and a career spanning operations, clinical practice, finance, and growth strategy, he is recognized for combining empathy with financial discipline to drive performance improvement, scalability, and sustainable long-term growth. His leadership journey includes serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Partner at The Hearth Management, Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations at Greenfield Senior Living, Vice President of Resident Care at Sunrise Senior Living, and State Director of Caregiver Homes. Earlier in his career, Jonathan founded and scaled a technology platform responsible for managing over $1B in capital flows, sharpening his expertise in systems design, tech integration, and scalable growth models. Under Jonathan’s leadership, Inspirit has grown into a 40+ community platform spanning the East Coast and Midwest. He is known for translating complex operations into durable results—building scalable systems, creating measurable value, and elevating the resident and family experience. His ability to combine vision with disciplined execution has positioned Inspirit as an innovative and trusted operator in a highly competitive market. Beyond Inspirit, Jonathan has held board positions with Insight Memory Care, VFR, Pathways, Greenfield, and Angels in Action, and has served in advisory roles for emerging clean-tech and health-tech ventures. He has been recognized as a Titan 100 honoree, an inaugural member of Argentum’s LEAD program, and a graduate of the American Society on Aging’s Leadership Academy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina and a Master’s Certificate in Healthcare & Business Leadership from Cornell University.
