With over 30 years of experience in Senior Living, Martine plays a pivotal role as a Regional Operations Specialist with Inspirit Senior Living. Her expertise in streamlining processes and driving operational excellence will help the communities that she supports within the organization. Martine joined Inspirit Senior Living after leading operations as an Executive Director in senior living communities as well as other leadership roles within the industry. As the Regional Operations Specialist, Martine focuses on improving internal systems, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the company’s commitment to delivering quality service. Martine has her Bachelors of Science in Health Care Administration as well as her Nursing Home Administrators License in the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware. During her time away from work she loves to golf, watch football and baseball, but most of all get outdoors to enjoy some live music. She loves her blended family, just like the brady bunch and a beautiful dog named Jeter (yes, after Derek Jeter).
