Wesley Warren, a jack of all trades, has had experience in almost every position in the industry. From Nursing to Administration to Fire and Life Safety, she is a wealth of knowledge in almost every field. After joining Inspirit Senior Living she has made an immeasurable impact on streamlining care, mentoring Wellness Directors, and creating a Certified Medication Aide Program for the state of TN. As the Wellness Support Specialist, Wesley intends to lead with compassion and integrity keeping Resident Care the upmost priority. She will take lead on supporting clinical departments across our communities in the areas of Wellness & Programming that is associated with the day-to-day care of our Residents. She will be supporting, training, and mentoring in Resident care areas, assist with new or challenged communities, and provide leadership support to Clinical Departments. With almost 8 years of experience in nursing, Wesley has headed a team of safety professionals in evaluation of individual residents from assessment, to care planning, to implementation of almost 167 safety devices/equipment to keep residents at current level of independency as long as possible. She has previously volunteered her time to work in first aid at the Special Olympics and has served on the Nurse Licensing Board as a guide for new, old, and existing Nurse Exam standards. She loves with an extreme passion and a nursing heart that continues to grow each and every day. When not working, Wesley enjoys spending time with her husband, and her son, daughter, and pets, leading worship or making meals for her local church, and Collecting miniatures.
