Torey is a senior business leader with over 30 years of business and legal experience, including 20 years serving owners, operators, and investors in the seniors housing and care sector. He has held significant leadership roles with Care Investment Trust (CEO and President – NYSE), Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors (CEO and President), Huron Consulting Group (Managing Director and Leader Healthcare Real Estate), and CIT Group (SVP and Chief Counsel Corporate Finance). In addition, he was a transactional lawyer in private practice with Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe’s serving clients on mergers & acquisitions and finance transactions, licensed in New York and California. His past professional associations include Co-chair National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care Spring Conference (NIC); Planning Committees for both Spring and Fall Conferences, and Executive Board Member, American Senior Housing Association.
