Founded in 2015, Inspirit is led by CEO David
McHarg, one of the most respected figures in
senior care. With over 25 years in executive
leadership at top-tier providers, Dave envisioned
a national network of senior living communities
rooted in excellence, compassion, and shared
values. His reputation attracted a visionary team
of industry leaders and investors who shared his
mission: to elevate every aspect of the aging
experience.
That mission began with a single community
— Foxbridge, in Tennessee. By 2025, Inspirit
has grown to a dynamic portfolio of 36 senior
living communities across 11 states, including
Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, New Jersey, North
Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia,
and West Virginia.
As we continue to grow, our commitment
remains unwavering: to provide exceptional
care for our residents, outstanding service for
their families, and a meaningful, supportive
