The S3 Program

At Inspirit, we’re dedicated in developing the future senior living leaders of tomorrow. Through our S3 program, top performers throughout the company in the disciplines of Operations, Clinical Services, Sales & Marketing, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Finance, are given the opportunity to work directly with Inspirit leaders to develop new processes, implement policies, and grow their respective skillset.

The S3 program partners members with regional support team members, and each other, for ongoing mentorship, leadership development, and professional growth opportunities.

To be eligible for the S3 program, Inspirit team members must be with the company for at least one year, in good standing, and an example of excellence within their respective discipline. Prospective S3 team members are personally identified by members of the regional support team, and personally invited to apply. The application process involves a short form and video or in-person interview.

Once S3 team members are accepted into the program, they’ll work directly with the regional support team member within their discipline to partner on special projects, lead training sessions, and roll out new policy and procedures throughout the company. S3 team members also have the opportunity to travel to other Inspirit communities, meet for leadership summits, and experience a wide scope of leadership excellence.
