His career spans roles as Regional Marketing Director, Regional Director of Operations, Executive Director, and Marketing Director, where he has consistently delivered strong financial performance, operational excellence, and sustainable team development. Brent recognized for building and training high-performing management teams, implementing scalable systems, and empowering leaders to operate as successful standalone entities while remaining aligned under a unified corporate vision. Through disciplined cost control, sales growth strategies, and operational alignment, he has increased revenue at every location under his leadership and driven consistent improvements in NOI. In addition to his operational leadership, Brent is actively engaged in industry governance and professional development. He serves as a TNCAL Board Member and Civil Monetary Penalty (CMP) Board Member, is a Future Leadership TNCAL Graduate, a licensed Tennessee Assisted Care Living Facility (ACLF) Administrator, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and an MBA.
