Elijah commenced his career in the Senior Living sector in 2006 as an Executive Director. Since that time, he has occupied various roles in Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Skilled Nursing, including positions as Administrator, Operations Specialist, and Director of Operations. His extensive experience in the Senior Living industry encompasses a significant tenure as Regional Director of Operations, overseeing large portfolios across multiple states. Elijah is a licensed Administrator in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. He also serves as a preceptor and educator for new administrators in both New Jersey and Virginia. Additionally, Elijah has been a board member of the Virginia Assisted Living Association (VALA) for over 14 years. In his personal time, Elijah enjoys spending quality moments with his family. He shares a passion for traveling to various countries with his wife, Tammy, and has a particular fondness for the Caribbean. Elijah is also a proud father of five and a devoted grandfather to three grandchildren, whom he cherishes deeply.
