Jake DeSantis is responsible for healthcare oversight, working closely with Inspirit corporate leadership and with all Inspirit Senior Living communities to ensure that every community’s wellness department has the tools they need to deliver the highest quality care for our residents. Jake brings his years of experience to provide hands-on support and guidance to help Inspirit team members achieve personal, community, regional, and corporate goals. Jake began his career in 1990 as a Medical Specialist in the United States Army and went on to receive his Licensed Practical Nursing education in San Francisco, California in the late 1990s. Since then, he has held civilian positions in skilled care, acute care, and pediatrics. His many years of experience in the assisted living industry include a long tenure as regional director of healthcare services for a network of more than 20 assisted living communities throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, Tennessee, and Virginia. In his off-work hours, Jake likes to spend quality time with his wife and four children.
