Independent Living

Independent Living suites offer peace of mind for those who are not ready for Personal Care but want to know that help is available if it’s needed. A 24-hour emergency call system, one meal daily (with the option to purchase additional meals), housekeeping and recreational activities are included.

Sage Memory Care

Our Sage Program’s mission is to honor these residents — creating meaningful interactions, in safe hands, while working within their memories and abilities. Our dedicated, Sage Trained Employees, offer compassionate care and support, making residents and families valued. Daily programming encourages participation in activities that are meaningful and bring purpose to one’s life.

Transitions

Introducing our Transitions Memory Care Program, a steppingstone in the continuum of care for individuals with early to moderate stage dementia. This program is designed to provide a supportive environment for those who require reminders beyond what is offered in the Personal Care living community but are still too high functioning for the Sage Memory Care unit.
