Centered among Philidelpiha’s best suburbs like Abington, Elkins Park and Chestnut Hill, this Glenside-adjacent location can’t be beat. With all its green spaces, parks and arboretums, it’s not surprising that Wyncote has one of the longest running audubon societies.
Our community is located one mile from the Jenkintown-Wyncote SEPTA stop so friends can easily visit and we’re a mere 10 miles from center-city Philadelphia. Maybe see a show at the Keswick Theatre or stroll by the Queen Anne-style Victorian homes in this part of Cheltenham Township. Guest accommodation can be made available to make it a longer stay.
Doctor appointments or other medical help are within a 12 minute-drive at Jefferson Abington Hospital, Holy Redeemer Hospital, Temple University Hospital and Einstein Medical Center Elkins Park.

Our Sage Program’s mission is to honor these residents — creating meaningful interactions, in safe hands, while working within their memories and abilities. Our dedicated, Sage Trained Employees, offer compassionate care and support, making residents and families valued. Daily programming encourages participation in activities that are meaningful and bring purpose to one’s life.
Respite & Short Term Care
This level of care provides a short-term stay of at least 30 days for older adults who need care after being released from the hospital, or care when the family or other usual caregiver needs a break. Inquire for additional information and rates.
Sage Memory Care

Introducing our Transitions Memory Care Program, a steppingstone in the continuum of care for individuals with early to moderate stage dementia. This program is designed to provide a supportive environment for those who require reminders beyond what is offered in the Personal Care living community but are still too high functioning for the Sage Memory Care unit.
